As a collector of commemorative coins, I was excited to purchase the 2017 President Donald Trump Inaugural Silver EAGLE Commemorative Novelty Coin. The first thing that caught my attention was its beautiful design with high-quality engraving. The size of this coin was perfect, compact, and easy to keep in my collection box.
The Certificate of Authenticity provided me with a sense of reassurance knowing that it is a verified, authentic product. However, I was a bit disappointed that the certificate didn’t provide more detailed information about the product itself.
The coin is made of silver with a lovely golden hue which gives it a premium feel. However, it is important to note that it is a commemorative coin and not an official legal tender. In terms of its overall quality, it is well-made, and I didn’t notice any technical or aesthetic flaws.

This one along with the others I have purchased, are just what they are supposed to be. A novelty item. I read in one comment that they were disappointed with the coin after they got it “to find out it was not real silver” It is not advertised as a silver coin, but rather silver plated. I am an avid coin collector of silver coins. Anyone who thought they could get a silver coin for $10 bucks, doesn’t know silver. The only reason I gave it a 4 star, was that I was a little disappointed that the coins had smudges and it almost looked as though maybe plastic or some other material, had rubbed up against the coin and left a spotty residue. At the end of the day, I am happy with the coins so far. They will be a great conversation piece in a few years.
